Agendova Account & Data Deletion Request
To comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, Agendova provides clear instructions for users to request the deletion of their account and all associated personal and business data.
How to Delete Your Agendova Account
You can initiate the account deletion process through the following methods:
1. Within the Agendova Mobile App (Recommended)
To satisfy Apple’s requirements for account management, we provide a direct way to initiate deletion within our app:
- Open the Agendova App.
- Go to your Profile or Settings section.
- Look for the “Account” or “Security” menu.
- Select “Delete Account”.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
2. Manual Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion via our web-based support channel:
- Send an Email: From the email address associated with your account, message: support@agendova.com
- Subject Line: Please use: “Account Deletion Request - [Your Name/Business Name]”
- Confirmation: Our support team will verify your identity and process the request within 48 business hours.
Data Deletion & Retention Information
Upon processing your request, the following data is permanently removed from our active databases:
- Account Credentials: Login email, phone number, and authentication records.
- Business Profile: Business name, physical address, logo, and website settings.
- Client & Appointment Data: All client contact details, booking history, and calendar entries.
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
For tax and regulatory purposes, Agendova is required to retain certain information:
- Financial Records: Subscription invoices and payment confirmations are kept for up to 7 years.
- Security Logs: Anonymized logs are kept for up to 90 days to ensure system integrity.
Processing Timeline
Full database deletion of all personal and business data is typically completed within 30 days of your request. Once initiated, your account is immediately deactivated and will no longer be visible to clients.
